Announcement of Full Operation of China Trademark Online Service System
In accordance with the overall deployment of the trademark registration facilitation reform, the China Trademark Office actively promotes the electronicization of trademark registration throughout the entire process and strives to create a more efficient, efficient and convenient online service platform for trademark registration.
The trademark online service system was fully operational on November 5. All trademark documents generated by the trademark application submitted through the trademark online service system, except for the trademark registration certificate, will be delivered by electronic documents and will not be served by paper documents. Users can log in to the trademarks themselves. The online service system is downloaded and used for printing. If a trademark application is submitted in paper form, the trademark document will still be served as a paper document.
